Question about Sock bun/hair buns?

so i tried this with little success

my hair didnt seem to cover up all of the sock..

is it because maybe the sock was too big?

i put my hair in a pony tail and then put the sock with the cut toe on it then bent over and tried to get it to cover the sock but it wasnt working all that well -...-

anyone got like pictures of how to do pretty buns/sock buns

i looove sock buns!

ok 1st take the sock and cut the toe,[you've already done that!] then put your hand in the sock, now roll the sock starting from the opening [with the other hand]... when you're finished, take it, put your hair in a ponytail, put this thing through the ponytail and cower the sock with hair. put an elastic band to secure it.

dont worry, it might be hard at 1st but you'll learn it!!!

there are many ways to make a bun....here are 3of em

1. Put your hair in a ponytail. Twist your hair and coil it. secure it with elastic bands/ bobby pins.

2. Sock bun [i told ya]

3. Bun using hairsticks/chopsticks..put your hair in a ponytail.Twist hair. coil it. insert one hairstick/chopstick from top-left side, pointing to bottom right side. insert the second stick in the opposite way so that they make an " X " shape.

Put your hair in a ponytail with a rubber band or anything that can hold your hair.Then get your sock bun twist your hair and put your hair in the cut toe . Next put your hair down move your hair around the bun and put a nother rubber band or something that holds your hair on your hair.Finally braid the left overs of your hair wrap the braid around your head put something to hold the braid.
