i use babyliss curl and press and i am worried about damaging the hair (even though i use a heat defence spray) or that im pulling the hairs and loosening them?! could jsut be cos im obsesive though lol
im not bothered about manically curly hair i jsut want big wave and volume?!?! what would be the most effective way?! are drying hoods effective?! thanks a lot!

Wash your hair at night and when it's still wet, wrap up strands of hair in rags. Untie the rags in the morning and you'll have loads of curls with no heat or tension damage

what works for me best that doesn't really damage my hair is tying my hair when it's damp to almost dry in buns. Like four buns on my head. The end effect of it is kind of like Kate Hudson's hair. It will be really tight after you un-bun it so it just requires styling after. :D

Plait your hair after towel drying and leaving for about 20 mins and then plait it! Two french plaits either side are best or lots of little ones! Sleep over night and then in the morning... Hey presto!

cornrow ur hair wen it is wet and then just leve it and the next day undo it and it shud b curly, or u can just plait it but do atleast 20 plaits or it luks just lyk u ave alot of kinks in it
