Over two years ago I bleached my hair to platinum blond (big mistake) and all the blond is out now and I dont have any hair coloring in my hair what so ever just my natural color. Anyways my hair just dosent seem to be as thick as it was before coloring it. Espescailly on the top its just like thinner or something. I still have alot of hair just not as much now (it seems like). Or could it just be my imagination? If it is true will it grow back thicker or is there something I can do to make it grow in thicker again?

Bleaching can make your hair very brittle and weak. I use to get my hair bleached then colored since my natural color is jet black and very hard to color. That process damaged my hair badly!! If I were you, I would go to a professional and have them recommend a better way of lightening your hair. Also, start drinking lots of water and take multi-vitamins in addition to biotin and a multi-vitamin especially for hair like the one I take from GNC. Biotin helps support the matrix of hair.

It's highly possible that the bleach is responsible for the change in your hair. Bleaching it strips your scalp of so much nutrients that your hair needs to grow in thick and shiny and healthy. If you only did it the once then I doubt you have done too much damage, whereas if you continuously bleach it then it does start to break off especially if it is long hair. I would probably go to my hairdresser and get them to perhaps cut it in a way to look thicker and to recommend hair thickening products but I'm sure it is your imagination. The same thing happened to me, bleaching your hair can be okay but if you do not take care or it, it will break off and get damaged. Dying your hair you must remember to keep your scalp moisturized. If not you wont have any . Or if you dyed it once a month it may have gotten over processed, and chemically damaged. If you want it to grow back thicker i'm not sure what to tell you because i do not know the texture of your hair, but no more dye.
