How can I get big loose soft curls?

I want Big loose soft curls but I cant get them with a curling iron, and I have a really big curling iron. My hair is absolutely straight and most of the time it won't even stay curled. I would just like some tenchniques to do it.

1. Shampoo and condition your hair very well and brush with your wide toothed comb and/or brush. Make sure there are no knots!

2. Apply a small amount of conditioner and anti-frizz serum (anti-frizz serum is optional). Rub the products in very well until you can't see them in your hair anymore.

3. If your hair is naturally wavy let it air dry or blow dry your hair with a comb using anti-frizz serum.

4. When your hair is mostly dry, separate your hair into five sections clip up the other four to the side.

5. For your first section get some styling mousse rub it in, squish you hair and clip it up. Repeat this for the rest of you hair.

6. After all five sections are up, lightly spray it with hairspray. You may use your blow dryer to help dry the product.

7. if this doesn't work you can take a 1" and 2" curling iron and curl your hair then take a wide tooth comb and brush through it so its not curly but not too straight because some gel makes hair crunchy and guys don't like that they want soft hair to touch and hold.

Tips:

* Always wash your hair very well after using hair products to prevent buildup.

* Deep condition your hair often to prevent breakage.

* When doing the wavy style, you might want to blow dry your hair for a few minutes to completely dry the products

* Be careful about putting in too many hair products; they can make your hair look greasy.

buy some curling pins...they might have instructions in them...but if they don't you should wash your hair and put the curling pins in...after it's more then half dry just take them out...they won't be fully curly but sorta soft if it doesn't turn out soft take some hair gel half diluted with water and sorta smooth it out...i would try this before you go out so you don't end up having a bad hair day.

You need a smaller curling iron.When you curl it take small sections spray each piece.Or you can try putting your hair in braids over night.Then use some gel or pomade to seperate the curl in the morning.If your hair is naturally straight getting curl without a curling iron is hard to achieve.Good luck.

Or try velcro or hot rollers.These will help the curl to stay longer.If any pieces are fuzzy or seperated after using them twist hair strand around fingers to accentuate the curl again.Make sure to use hairspray for the curl to last.

try using some gel and a smaller curling iron. they sell spray to put on the hair to hold the curl. hair spray on each section of hair dryes the hair out. or try some hot rollers
