i am a brunette and i have blonde highlights but im planning on getting my hair black underneath covering my brown hair and putting bigger chunks of blonde higlhlights on top of the black that will be underneath

Don't get me wrong, I would kill to have her hair, but lately, I've just not been liking her hair/hairstyles. Yes her hair looks fake because it is. But most of the actresses you watch do have fake hair. They use extensions not just for length but for thickness also.

no............... i dont think it looks bad at all. you must understand all the girls on the "red carpet" nowdays are wearing hair extentions. they have to look their best. my hair is just like ashley's but my hair is 1........ real, longer, natural curly and way thicker. i think her hair is pretty and she looks beautiful as a blonde. ashleys knows that blondes have more fun

well i know that her natural hair color is brown so she is probably constanly dying it over again. i do agree that her hair is starting to look bad. I also DEFINITELY agree on Miley Cyrus' hair. i mean i LOVED her hair color and her style and everything but to much styling can realy damage your hair. those girls should be told that less is more.
yeah its a little too long for me yeah extensions are great not that long and miley is becoming the same way. they all follow on the disney show.

i sort-of have the same problem!....my hair used to be really straight...until i hit puberty.and started straightening it...it became terrible....but i somehow keep it tamed!....its thick...brown..and wavy..kina like urs.....what i do is really cheap and easy!...and ppl think i seriously curl my hair b/c it comes out in spirals....try this: buy some garnier fructis sleek and shine leave in conditioner..i reccomend the lotion, not spray...take a shower as usual (at night, if ur not going out)....towel dry it pretty good....then put the stuff in...not too much on the top though, b/c its gonna look oily the next day...just put enough on the top.. not too much..then brush ur hair back in a pony tail (high or low..doesn't matter i prefer high).....and this might sound dumb...but put it in a bun!...twist the pony tail and wrap it up!...when u know ur hair is dry the next day... it'll look like spirals.. put it down or leave it up in the curls.. make sure u twirl it w/ ur fingers so it stays...

well you should take the top front part of your hair and put in a bobbie pin! so cute! and if ya dont know what im talkin about then put some of your hair up and leave the rest down...so cute!

u just described my hair. I always get mine to work by:
1. Putting a brush under water so that is absorbs some water.
2. Brush my hair w/the wet brush
3. Rub my hands in one direction, normally down
4. put in a head band then kepp on taking it out then putting it in
then i repeat steps 1-3 about 5X
and then my hair looks good!
Invest in a good hair stylist, a good hair cut can make wonders ...
You can ask the Hair Cutter to get a slide for you. A slide is when its like a razor and they take your hair underneath and take it out so you have thin hair then you don't have trouble brushing/combing your hair. And if your wondering it doesn't hurt it feels really good.
heck, the way it sounds your hair is what women dream of. since being a young teenager my hair has been black, wavy, thick and puffy (especially after shampooing) but vo5 hot oil, waxes, bryl cream, (not at the same time of course) helped me style it the way i wanted.

buy pantene conditioner for curly hair...rinse it out but not completley(so ur hair feels nice an soft) an then use some defining curl lotion from SunSilk( the blue one )...good luck!!!!!!

when i was little, at around six year old, me and my best friend decided to our very own "beauty shop hair cutter game". i didn't get a chance to chop my friends gorgeous brown, silky locks off, my friend wanted to cut mine first. she decided to layer my hair extremely. she chopped and chopped and chopped and she made my hair so un-even that it took a year to grow back. i had to get such a short cut, somebody called me a little boy. i was sobbing and me and my friend got in horrible trouble beyond belief.
In 6th grade I let my mother convince me to get my hair cut in a "wedge" style...I have naturally curly hair so my head looked like a mushroom for a loooooooong time. Possibly the worst hairstyle EVER.

I was big and pregnant, I got a pixie cut. I looked like a painted egg.
i was 15 and bleached it to mush. It turned bright clown orange, but the roots were bright white.it was completley fried. i cried when i looked in the mirror. i had to dye it brown and wait a few months, then i was able to get it to blonde.
I have like really dark brown hair, but I bleached it for a year and I looked like Shakira, it was kind of gross. So then one day I decided I wanted to try and dye it back to brown myself so I used that L'Oreal Color Experte crap and my hair turned 3 different colors: dark brown, orange, and random bleached streaks. My mom took me to a salon to get it fixed, and instead of actaully going back to brown I had the lady bleach my hair again, so my hair was gross! Way too blonde, way too processed, and way unnatural. My hair started breaking off and falling out after that, so I had to cut 8 inches off, dye it back to my natural color and wait for my hair to grow back healthy.
um.... one time I was blowing bubble gum and it popped and went on my hair.I had to cut my hair really short.
One night after a few too many drinks I got it into my head that it would be an incredibly good idea to dye the tips of my hair blonde. Make a small bun (messy or not messy) at the bottom of your head. Kind of at the top of your neck and bottom of your hair line. Throw a green-black-blue-white headband in to jazz it up a little if you would like;)
i think i am a fairly cool person i wear skull t shirts and trendy hair with purple so when i say this don't think i am some old lady. where is your mother? You should not be interacting with strangers on the internet it is dangerous VERY!!!! you are 11 so you just don't understand how messed up people can be. my daughter is 11 and if i caught her posting something on a website she wouldn't get the computer again for i would say least 3 months. but then again we have almost every website blocked on her user an ours have passwords so... maybe this is your mothers fault.. you can tell her i said so:) Brush your hair everyday..change up the part sometimes. keep it simple now go be a kid

Chi or biosilk helps keep the frizz stay away all day.
You need to make sure that you are blowdrying your hair in the direction of the cuticle (down towards the ends). Adding an anti frizz or straightening balm like Redken Outshine or Straight will help. After it is dry you can smooth it down with a smoother like Redken's Gold Glimmer. It also gives your hair shine.
i put Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam (medium style) all over my hair before i blow dry it, it makes it a lot less puffy and frizzy. or i would use L'OREAL PARIS Studio Heat Seeker Hot Straight Straightening Cream Curl/Frizz Control. both of these are great. and after you straighten your hair put extra hold hair spray on your hair, and so its not hard brush it through.
A very good home remedy i can suggest is that after your hair wash put Coconut milk... one can usually is for 99cents.. un any food section ...after that no need to put shampoo or conditioner ... just wash with plan water... the frizz will disappear....

well, some poeple loose their hair in many reasons, like, stress or maybe its genetics, or maybe on the product that you use. but some say that we should not comb our hair when its damp. use a comb that has wide spaces. not a brush, it will destroy your hair. when its dry, then you can use brush. or maybe you have an illness or deficiency, like lacking of keratin or vitamin E.
your hair could be in poor condition due to diet or some type of chemical imbalance. see a doc if your concerned about the amount of hair you are losing.

I used to have the same prob. Are you stressed about anything at all? If you are that can make you hair fall out..otherwise, i have thin hair and my aunt taught me a trick , Use the conditioner first and only a TINY TINY BIT and DONT PUT IT ON YOUR SCALP!!! Only use conditier when neccesay on ends of hair.( you should not condition your hair more than twice a week) Then after you condition use your shampoo. This should make a dramatic diffreance.
